Need help with Table of Contents errors

Hi,

When I use latex to create my .dvi file, I get these
errors on the Table of Contents:

Overfull \hbox (1.35829pt too wide) detected at line 6
\OT1/cmr/m/n/12 III.C. 

Any idea on how to make them go away?

Also, some text in the TOC overwrite other text.  Any ideas?

And finally, not all of the lines in the generated postcript
have the dots from the section title to the page number.
Any clues there?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
