I am writing an article regarding my city's recent acceptance to
 be a Nuclear Waste Free Zone. Other cities have adopted this
 as a Nuclear Free Zone. The Athens-Clarke County
 commissioners  changed the original request of citizens for a
 Nuclear Free Zone to a Nuclear Waste Free Zone.
 If you could provide me with any information relating to this
 topic, I would greatly appreciate it. Or if you might provide me
with an interview for my article, I would be extremely grateful.
