I'm using LaTex 2e to write a structured document that has
subsubsections, paragraphs, and so on. It seems that the default
behaviour of these is neither to appear in the TOC nor the bookmarks (I
want the document as a pdf).

Can anyone tell me how to make these sections to appear in the
TOC/bookmarks? It also interesting for me that these sections get
numbered.

Thank you in advance (and sorry for my English).
Sergio Daz.
