In fact I use the book class instead of the article class in my thesis, 
with this both the bibliography and the author publications appear as 
chapters. But I don't know anything about chinese characters :-(

Try the tocbibind package.

At least you can change the title of the author's publication chapter by 
changing the title in the \newcite command.
