Finally, I've solved all of the above issues based on bibtopic package,
here is a minimal example in my case:

---------------------------
\documentclass[10pt]{article}

% for the cjk fonts support:
% the following just a sample code setting for invoking cjk package,
% you should see the cjk package's maunal for detail usage:
\usepackage{CJK}

% judge the pdf driver we will use to otain the pdf file:
\usepackage{ifpdf}
\ifpdf
\usepackage[pdftex]{hyperref}
\else
   \usepackage[dvipdfm]{hyperref}
\fi

% invoke the bibtopic package:
\usepackage[sectcntreset]{bibtopic}

\begin{document}
% set the default bibliographystyle:
\bibliographystyle{IEEEtran}

\tableofcontents

\section{Testing}
Let's cite all the books: \cite{Cheng2001} and
\cite{Henrich1994}; and an article: \cite{Frederikse1964}.

% generate all of the publications of the thesis author.
% all of these publications have been restored in the mypub.bib.

% the following unsrt is the argument for the bibliographystyle,
% if not set, the default one, i.e., IEEEtran, will be used.
\begin{btSect}[unsrt]{mypub}

% Generate the different the forms of the title in bookmarks, toc,
% and this section:
\section*{\centering{titles for straight matter}}
\addcontentsline{toc}{chapter}{%
\texorpdfstring{titles for toc}{titles for bookmarks}%
}
\btPrintAll
\end{btSect}

%
% This chapter generate all of the references cited in my thesis.
\begin{btSect}{allcitedref}
\section*{\centering{titles for straight matter}}
\addcontentsline{toc}{chapter}{%
\texorpdfstring{titles for toc}{titles for bookmarks}%
}
\btPrintCited
\end{btSect}

\end{document}
---------------------------

The main disadvantage of the above solution is that we must use separate
bib files for each *btSect*. Anyway, it solves all of the issues I
have encountered.

Hope this helps other people who meet the similar issues.

Regards,
