XY-pic version 2.10 was completed and released today.
It is available now by anonymous ftp from:

	ftp.mpce.mq.edu.au     /pub/maths/TeX

Shortly it will also be available from: ftp.diku.dk  
and the usual CTAN archives.

This release is specially designed for users of Textures on Macintosh;
it contains nothing new that was not already available for unix,
except that the User Guide and Reference Manual are readable directly
by Textures. Furthermore the installation instructions are directed
specifically at this platform.

New features added since version 2.8 include:
	--- enhanced PostScript support, including
		colour, rotation, scaling, variable line-widths
	--- DVI-drivers separated into individual files
	--- compilation mechanism to speed-up typesetting
	--- new extensions: xycolor, xyline, xyrotate (using PostScript)
	--- new feature: xy2cell
	--- many improvements and language extensions.
