How to REMAP those ?!@#@#@ VI KEYS!!!

Hi!  I was wondering if its possible to remap the VI keys so that
when I press "End" it goes to the end of a line, and when I press
"home" it goes to the beginning of a line, and when I press "control
page Down" it goes to the end of a document, and when I press "control
page Up" it goes to the beginning of a document!  This is most
frustrating!
