Wanted: DVI to Postscript filter

We're running Adobe Transcript under Ultrix 1.2 to print to our
Apple Laserwriter.  The Transcript documentation mentions that
there exists a freely available filter to convert TeX DVI to Postscript.
Can anyone send me a copy of this program, or point me to it?
