Can somebody send me VAX/VMS specific .CH files for GFTOPK
and/or PXTOPK please? We are running VMS 4.5 and have the
generic GFTOPK.WEB and PXTOPK.WEB programs that came with the
TeX 2.0 distribution.

Thanks in advance.

Brendan McKay.
