Does anyone know where I can find TeX/LaTeX "pxl" fonts for the phonemes?
They do not appear to be provided in the standard TeX BSD distribution
of fonts.
I suspect it's fairly likely that I won't find a "pxl" file for these,
so if anyone has some pointers as to how to create pxl files that'd
help a lot. I guess I have to create the "tfm" file as well, although
at least I know the format of them.
Thanks in advance,
Deb Jackson
