*roff -> TeX conversion program?

Hello world!

I would like to know if anyone out there has such a program.   I
have some troff files that I would like to convert to TeX, but I
don't know enough about *roff to figure out all of the codes.  

Besides, if someone has a program, it would save me a great deal
of time.
