I had this with a complicated table, read it into WordPerfect 5.0a for
Windows & did a SaveAs WinWord 2.0.  MS Word 6.0 read *that* like a
charm.  Of course, I happen to have WPWIN * WinWord.  So maybe you
need to find someone with WPWIN 6.0 or 6.1?

PS  I got WPCONV, installed it, copied the install to a floppy, lent
it to a friend & they lost it.  Could someone post a *complete*
address (FTP or URL) for downloading it again.  I can't seem to find
it again.
