Two questions about the "ms" macros.

1. How do you kill hyphenation? 	and
2. How do you start numbered sections at specific number?

   (i.e. what are the equivalents of the "me"
    ".nh" and ".sh 1 sectname 3" commands...)

Please mail me if you know rather than bother the planet.
