I seem to remember reading somewhere that pyschologists are now using the paradigm of systems theory to gain insights into relationships and to suggest new ways of changing problematic behaviour in relationships. I was wondering if anyone know of similar work/info on, or has ideas on how to apply systems theory to changing ones own behaviour/habits. thanks.
