For SUNS, I have used both INSITE (not free, but very reasonably priced) and DSTOOL (available on the INTERNET). The programs have slightly different strengths, and we use both -- they are valuable tools. For PC's, I know of INSITE and PHASER, which comes with a book by H. Kocak, which is published by Springer. For MACS, there is a package called MacMath by Hubbard and West, again published by Springer Alan Hastings amhastings@ucdavis.edu
