Could someone send me a list of sources on modeling a cantilever beam
where the beam length is along the z-axis, there is a set of nonlinear
forces applied to the beam in both the x and y directions and the beam
is spinning clockwise about the z-axis.

I am having trouble finding a good numerical model for this system. Any
info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

It's not quite clear whether you need a static or dynamic model. If dynamic,
the approach is likely to be an eigenfunction model, with each mode excited by
the non-linear forces. Another approach is the finite-element model, with a
mesh of interconnected nodes and forces at the appropriate node points.

I'm not current on the texts or literature.
