	As of Jan.  1, 1993, ASP has decided to transfer all
maintenance, marketing, and other responsibility for all information
protection products currently made and marketed by ASP to outside
companies in which we have no financial interest.  We are therefore no
longer involved in the commercial aspects of protection software,
except for the licensing of basic technology developed at ASP.

	This transfer is being done in order to eliminate any
appearance of conflicts of interest with a new venture just started as
a joint project between Information Integrity and ASP - called:
