Hi, I just obtain  iv-3.0

When I tryed to ' make World'
for my SGI platform I got, at a point, the following error mess.:

I hardly beleive this is possible, because I cannot possibly be the first
to compile it. Have you any idea about the problem??

I also have 3.0-patches... when I try ``patch -p -N < fix''
I obtain a warning/error:

Hmm...  Looks like a new-style context diff to me...

Have I got an old  patch  code?? Am I doing something incorrectly??
Onestly I am not sure that I want to give up with the idea to see iv
working, on the other end I do not know what else to do.
