Hi,

I'm attempting to compile InterViews 3.1 under SLS linux .99p2. I
downloaded distrubtion from Stanford. The make CPU script tells me
that CPU=LINUX and configuration file is <InterViews/iv-linux.cf>.
Unfortunately, my distribution doesn't contain an iv-linux.cf file.
So attempts to make World choke. Have I missed something? Do I have
to try to find an iv-linux.cf files, or do I have to make my own?
