Can some kind one explain how to implement a scrolling list of strings.  Its confusing

to me between various ..Scrollers, ScrollBars (from IV-2_6) and Adjusters, Observers

Observables (from 3.1).  Or may be even point me to the right example code if there is 

one already in IV-3.1 source.
