I am trying to use a RubberLine in an application running under
InterViews3.1.  The RubberLine never appears when I call Draw() or
Track(IntCoord(x),IntCoord(y)),
where x and y are Coords.  I have checked that the position lies within
the canvas. Am I missing something?
