Help! ISDN (TELES.S0/16.3 card) under Windows 95

What is the best way of integrating ISDN into Windows 95 (I'd like to
be able to use Netscape Navigator 3.01 in much the same way as I use it
with my analog modem at the moment). Is there anywhere this is
documented online?
