I am running Windows 3.1 on a 386 and suddenly have begun having trouble reading two floppy disks (either drive) in succession. For when I install the second diskette, it still reads the directory from the first. Thinking it might be the cache acting up, I discontinued all use of floppy/hard disk caching, but to no avail. I can no longer install software from within Windows. I think it probably has something to do with changeline support in Windows, but I am uncertain what steps to take. Any ideas? -- davel@comtch.spk.wa.us (Dave Laird) IEAx for lack of a better name... (509) 624-0744
