Posting for a friend.

--------------------
I have a copy of the Lotus SmartSuite 3 and I tried installing the Lotus
Organizer, and the ScreenCam. While installing I had no problem
whatsoever, but after the installation was finished the Icons for the
ScreenCam where plain DOS icons. When I tried to run the program using
the icons I got the message that I was running too many applications and
there was not enough memory on my machine. After removing everything and
tried to run it again I got the same message with at least 4MB real
memory available and 8 MB swap file. I then tried to install it on
another machine but had to stop in the middle of installing and when I
tried to run the program it run with no problem. Later on I went back to
the same machine, the 2nd, and installed both the Organizer, and
ScreenCam. The result was that I got the same message like the
beginning that there was not enough memory to run the program. I am
sure that this is not the case, since the machine has 16 MB of RAM. I am
sure that the problem is with the installation program so I am asking for
your help whether there is a bug fix for the installation program, or
specific instructions as to how to correctly install SmartSuite 3. Do I
need to install some part of the suite in particular? The only part of
it that I really care for is the ScreenCam to be able to prepare some
presentations/tutorials.

Thanks a lot for your time, and I hope that someone will be able to give
me a helping hand.

You can reply to this account. Thanks a lot Katia Theodorou.
