I have a floating button out in my client area which I would like to put on the left end of the titlebar (I don't use a system menu). The GetWindowDC call only gives me the HDC to do stuff like putting up text and/or bitmaps there. I have no desire to create my own button. So, has anyone out there got a clue as to how to get it to paint on the titlebar?? Also, if anyone put up an answer to how one places multicolored text in a listbox, I didn't see it. Seems a useful thing to be able to do, so if someone knows how, please post it here and be a hero! Oh.. I nearly forgot, it seemed so obvious... MSC or BC, please! Thanks!
