Rotating a bitmap

I'm trying to rotate a bitmap by 90 degree increments and not getting
anywhere with the 90 and 270 rotation. Using StretchBlt() I was able
to do the 180 rotation by starting in the bottom-right corner and
using negative width and height. The problem with 90 and 270 is that
I need to exchange the X and Y axis of the bitmap, along with doing
a mirror.

Does anybody know how to do this? Or am I going to have to do it one
bit at a time?
