Didn't you notice that it WAS asked in comp.os.ms-windows.programmer.win32?

(Okay, okay, the question was posted to both. But when you criticize others 
for not watching in which conference they are when writing, the very least
we could expect is that you check to which conferences the entry was
posted.)
