I would like to create a small floating info box out of a standard
dialog. One of the things I am stumped on is how do I make those tiny
little dialog boxs. I think that if I can make the title font small
then the entire title line shrinks too. So the question is how to
change the font of the title. (I know how to change the font of the
stuff inside a dialog box, but that doesn't affect the title).
