Microsoft left them (intentionally?) undefined.
You have to explicitly IMPORT them in Your DEFinition file.

IMPORTS

       GLOBALDOSALLOC = KERNEL.184
       GLOBALDOSFREE = KERNEL.185


To find more undefined function, please, run


 EXEHDR.EXE -V KERNEL.EXE
