There is a function DialogBoxIndirect() which is documented in the SDK manual. It's used to create a modal dialog box on the fly. You're supposed to pass it a DLGTEMPLATE data structure which defines what the dialog box will look like. This data structure doesn't seem to exist in any of the header files. Does anyone know if this is a valid function and how it's supposed to be used?
