I just upgraded to Windows 3.1, which finally has built-in support for my SoundBlaster card, but the Sound Recorder and Media player do not load anything except Windows .WAV files... making my .VOC library useless. Does anyone know the .WAV file format so I can do manual conversions from different formats? All I need to do is put a .WAV header on raw samples.
