Sorry if this is in the FAQ but I only saw the diffs and that didn't help
to much.  Subject line says it.  I'm using BC 2.0 and trying to put text
in a combo box in a dialog.  I try SetDlgItemText during the initialization
of the dialog and nothing shows up.  What kind of string should I use?
