What I need....

1) Develop user interface for pc application
This user interface will basically be taking user input data
and storing this information in a simple data-base of a format
that will be defined at a later date.

Would also like to display the form of the data some of which
will be graphical data, some of which will be numerical. And
also... some of which will be DSP-type data.

example... User enters type of filter to be run on some data using
choices from menu. Type of filter, pass-bands and what not.

window pops up showing result of filter. ie phase, magnitude,
	other

cursor + mouse support is also required.

2) Need to develop it fast.

3) Would like to get away from the detailed busy-work programing.

Sooo....

should I use windows 3.0 + system development kit + what else??? I just
read an article in the March '91 issue of "Byte" and it mentioned a program
called "WINPRO/3"---looks pretty good. Has anyone out there had any
experience with this or any other development tool? Thanks for any advice.
