There are several utilities available on cica (and monu6.cc.monash.edu.au while
cica is down) which will monitor the heap and memory usage. Look for files
called ma.zip and ha.zip. The path on monu6 is pub/Win3.0/util.
I have also uploaded a text file which shows which "cleanup" routines are
required after certain resources are no longer required. This file is called
cleanup.{zip,txt} and may also be found at cica or monu6. The path on monu6 is
pub/Win3.0/uploads for the time being. Eventually it should appear in
pub/Win3.0/programmer.
