Hi, I am writing a file copy routine in C. The routine copies the file but sets the TARGET file's last modified date and time as the current time not as the source files last modified date and time. Does anybody have any ideas how I would get the source and target files last access times to be the same. I could reverse engineer command.com to see how copy does it I can think of a million other things I would rather do (like have my spleen removed). Thanks in anticipation, yours in computing -- | Ian Davidson CSIRO Division of Building, Construction and Engineering | | Post Office Box 56, Highett, Victoria, Australia 3190 | | Internet: inpd@mel.dbce.csiro.au Tel: +61 3 556 2211 Fax: +61 3 553 2819 | |_____________________________________________________________________________|
