Problems with DLL example in BC++

#2295

Last night I attempted to build BITMAP.DLL and died at the point where
IMPLIB is attempting to create BITMAP.LIB from BITMAP.DLL. Under BCX
I didn't get much in the way of an error message, so I ran IMPLIB manually
from the command line. This told me that I had a syntax error "near line 1"
of the definitions file. I looked in vain to find anything wrong with the
file, and since this is a Borland supplied example, I know "I" didn't type
the darn thing in wrong.

I will continue to look at this myself, but would appreciate any help from
the net on what I may have screwed up, or if this is a known bug.

Thanks in advance,

John Reynolds
