I found out that the Turbo Debugger for Windows does not work with
Windows 3.1.  I called Borland and after being cut of after ten minutes
on hold (happened twice!!), the tech support told me it was a know
'bug' (they say "was not designed for windows 3.1").  They told me that
you can download a file called tdwin.zip from their BBS.
If anybody downloaded that file can you make it available on some ftp
site (cica)?
