I've just installed Windows 3.1 and tried to use the TurboDebugger for Windows that comes with Borland's C++. It gets as far as trying to actually load the executable and gives me a "Can't Load WINDEBUG.DLL" message and then dies. I wasn't having any problems with Windows 3.0 and the DLL file is the same place it always was. Has anybody else seen this problem? Trying to get through to Microsoft is nearly impossible, which is to be expected this close to the 3.1 release.
