HI!

I'm new to windows programming, and have noticed in Petzold's book
that in all the programs I've seen he always checks to see if a previous
instance of the same program is running. In TPW, I ran a program a
couple of times without checking for any previous instances, and it work
ok. Is there any good reason to have this code in my programs?

                                                       Thanks!

                                                              [Tim]
