Hello David! In a msg of <24 May 91>, David Shapiro writes to All: DS> I recently saw a file which contained some .RLE files, so that you DS> could change the default Windows startup screen. The author states DS> this the .RLE file? Is there any way to directly swap them, without DS> going through SETUP over and over again? This is completely off-topic in the WINDOWS.PROG programming area (you should hav asked this in a user area) but the program ELANA.EXE does the job for you.
