In MS Windows, I want to `pass through' some code that should hold for the whole PostScript printing job (specifically, I am trying to override the default screening function, which on many printers is not very good). Now I can't use the PASSTHROUGH Escape until after the STARTDOC escape, and output inserted then is within the save/restore context of the first page. So I have to insert this code again and again after every NEWFRAME Escape. I don't suppose there is a way to insert code BEFORE the first page, so that it remains in place for the whole print job?
