Has anyone paid the $150 for the SDK 3.1 manuals?
   Was is worth it? Necessary?

Also, does anyone know if it is necessary to buy the MME SDK to
program multimedia apps in Windows 3.1, or does the SDK and C 7.0
   combo have the necessary files?

If the MME SDK is necessary, is it compatible with Windows 3.1, or
there an upgrade for it also?

   Thanks,
   Steve
