VB -- "Help" at right end of menu bar?

In a VB application, is there a way to get the last item in the menu bar,
in this case (as usual) "Help", to appear at the right end of the menu
bar, like it does in most windows app's?  The menu items in my program
appear together left justified in the menu bar.
