Hi folx. I hope this hasn't come up before (I've only been able to
search 250 messages back).

My problem is this: whenever I startup the debugger (tdw.exe) for
windows, I get a message "windebug.dll missing." I *copied* that file
to every directory on my hard drive, and still it fails to find it.
the permissions are set correctly, there are copies in the system, win
and tcw directories (to name a few).

Any ideas?
