QUESTION on RC Diagnostic messages

Hi,
I tried writing a program (divided into different source code
modules) similar to the SDK sample program "memory" .
Surprisingly, i got a RC warning that says:

RC :Warning xxxx Segment xxx set to PRELOAD.

I had set these named segments as LOADONCALL in the module
definition file and had also set the -NT flag in the make file.
Further, when i compiled the sample program, i did not get these
messages.

Am i doing something fundamentally wrong ?
And what do i have to do to remove these warnings ?
Does ignoring these warnings affect program?
Please respond.
