Is it safe for one program using a Dll to store data using one of the
Dll's functions (e.g. SetNumber(n:integer) ) and then for another
program, also using the Dll to retrieve it with the reverse funcion.
This would be a useful alternative to using DDE messages for transfering
data between two specific programs. I have tried it and works but is it
safe in all circumstances?

Thanks,
Andrew.
