I currently find myself needing to convert bitmap fonts generated by
the Macintosh FontGen program into a Windows compatible format. Hence
I am looking for any of all of the following:

-- a utility that will convert the FontGen font into a Windows font
-- the file format for the FontGen listing (it appears as an assembler
      file)
-- the file format for the Windows font format.

If anyone has the above or pointers to finding the information, it
would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks,
Carol Tumey
