Terminal Programs for Windows

Here is an easy question, a medium one, and a hard one:

Easy: What is everyones favorite terminal program for Windows? I tried
WNQVT, but it doesn't work on my machine (CGA monitor, which it don't support)

Medium: How do I tell windows to run command.com in a normal window, and
not to do the full "swap out and then swap back in at the end" trick. I'd
like to have two copies of command.com on my screen at once.

Hard: Anybody know which is faster, Windows or X11? We run both here at UK
on the same machines. I know Windows *ought* to be faster (no network
stuff to do), but does anyone *know*?

-Thanks
-Randy
