Hi, I hack the Mac. I would like to switch over (really expand) to
programming MS-DOS machines and I was wondering if anyone could
point me to good sources of information about writing programs
that are both compatable with Windows and non-Windows machines.

Are there any toolkits for spinning up applications quickly?

Thanks,
