I got Windows SDK 3.0 and tried one of its sample programs named 'tty'.
I simply compiled it using given makefile without any changes, but tty
program drops many receiving characters at 2400baud. Does anyone know
about this problem? My hardware is IBM PS/55(Japanese version of IBM
PS/2 made by Japan IBM), with 386SX, 4MB memory, 60MB harddisk.
